The D-Trak 2000 Document Management System has been designed to provide a permanent archive of all the Documents, Letters, Faxes and Emails flowing in, out and around your company.

Document Archive Database

Holds up to 2,500,000 documents and will find any one of them in seconds.
Documents can be located by Reference, Date, Author, Recipient, Client, Type, Description, Subject, Analysis, Agreement or Key Word.
Security levels prevent unauthorised users from accessing sensitive documents.
Documents can be viewed from anywhere on the network.

Contacts Database

Holds details of all the companies that you do business with.
Holds details of multiple contacts for each company.
Contact details are automatically loaded into documents when they are created.
Quick view facility will show you all documents sent to and received from each Company or Contact.

Employee Database

Holds details of all the employees in your organization
