Introduction

The D-Trak 2000 Document Management System has been designed to provide a permanent archive of all the Documents, Letters, Faxes and Emails flowing in, out and around your company.

Document Archive Database

  •   Holds up to 2,500,000 documents and will find any one of them in seconds.
  •   Documents can be located by Reference, Date, Author, Recipient, Client, Type, Description, Subject, Analysis, Agreement or Key Word.
  •   Security levels prevent unauthorised users from accessing sensitive documents.
  •   Documents can be viewed from anywhere on the network.

Contacts Database

  •   Holds details of all the companies that you do business with.
  •   Holds details of multiple contacts for each company.
  •   Contact details are automatically loaded into documents when they are created.
  •   Quick view facility will show you all documents sent to and received from each Company or Contact.

Employee Database

  •   Holds details of all the employees in your organization
